Chad Dambakura Atanga is a deeply committed lawyer and social impact strategist whose work thrives at the intersection of justice, policy, and people-driven transformation. With a strong foundation in economics and law, Chad blends deep thinking with a personal sense of mission. His professional journey has been shaped by meaningful engagement with development work, fuelling his advocacy for inclusive governance, climate responsibility, and social equity. Chad views the law as a tool for advancing dignity and opportunity, especially for those on the margins.

Across his legal practice, Chad has delivered strategic advice in sectors such as fintech, energy, and the environment. He is known for helping both emerging and established actors navigate complex regulatory terrain while maintaining a focus on solutions that serve people and the planet. Outside the legal space, Chad has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to community empowerment. Through the Child to School Foundation, he has led the enrollment of hundreds of out-of-school children and supported adults to acquire skills that open up economic possibilities. His work is a direct expression of his belief in justice that uplifts and transforms.

Chad’s influence extends far beyond borders. Named one of the 50 Global Youth Innovators by the Sustainable Development Solutions Network, he has represented African youth at some of the world’s most respected policy platforms, including the United Nations Youth Assembly.
